Overall this hotel is okay. The pool is really disappointing and the kitchen extraction fans run above it, which is really loud and hard to relax. The pool seems to be quite poorly ventilated as there was a smell of damp and wallpaper peeling off a lot of walls throughout. The breakfast is great, the staff and location are really good too, but they need to open windows in the pool area. Our ceiling also kept dropping an odd white powder on the floor

The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was comfy and the breakfast had a good choice - we loved it. Staff was really helpful - my husband forgot his glasses in the room and they promptly send them to our next hotel. Really a great hotel.

The hotel is walking distance from a number of key places to visit while in Melaka, namely Jonker St and the night market. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The room was comfortable and only needed a fridge to make it perfect

Hotel is great value for money, staff are lovely and it’s located close to attractions, food in restaurant was tasty and also great value. We got a parking ticket outside so watch out it not obvious it’s paid parking. Only stayed one night but would recommend

Clean but parking is not free!

Clean and comfortable, some traffic noise from the overhead bridge for my room facing the main road. Within walking distance to main attractions.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, eateries nearby, shopping mall in walking distance. Room is spacious, AC is good. Room / Door sound proofing need to upgrade as I can hear the voice of other traveller when they walked pass my room.

This building is only with 3rd as highest level. Facility like sauna room is under maintenance and swimming pool is at behind restaurant area. Overall experience will not reconmend.

The stay was great only that the room were pretty dark due to the lightings. The room is pretty huge though. Parking were pretty limited and you have to purchase coupon from the hotel in order to park along the road. Parking under the bridge is available but at a rate of RM10/entry.

Fantastic Bed, Great Service, Nice Breakfast

The hotel had fantastic service, the buffet breakfast spread was plentiful and tasted pretty good, but the highlight of it all was the bed. It was extremely comfortable and falling asleep wasn't difficult at all. The only downside was that the warm water in the shower was not always consistent but that was not a big issue for us since the weather was very hot. There was a pool which was opened from 8am - 8pm but I did not get to try. Accommodation is within walking distance to Mahkota Parade, Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall, Dutch Square and Jonker Walk. All in all, this place exceeded expectations and I would not mind coming back!

Staffs wasnt friendly at all, i was greeted with moody faces and recept with very slow voice, hotel curtain and carpet was moldy, also it kinda smells, also note that there will be surcharge when u use credit card for deposit.. theres no reserve parking at the accomodation either

Hotel environment and the hygiene was good and excellent just the front desk reception was not honest, claim that already inform the car owner need to scratch the coupon for parking during check in, but for me is that is no inform during the check and they did not provide or offer the parking coupon and the next day vehicles is getting the saman, and after the reception only ask me to purchase parking coupon for RM 6 Reception is asking car plate number, since we choose your hotel for staying you should give a hand help for the parking coupon, as a tourist we did know that malacca is using parking coupon For me if you did inform during check-in time, I should have the parking coupon and scratch before morning and just put in front of car.
