"House Jelena was perfect for our stay at Plitvice Lake. Very modern studio apartment. We totally loved Jelena, who is a lovely host. She shared many tips for visiting Plitvice Lake. Jelena even made coffee for us in the morning and she was very nice with my kids. I highly recommend House Jelena to everyone."

"A bit hard to find, but the setting made it worth the trouble. The room was quite small, but was clean and comfortable. A great place for those who may like to hike or just experience the beauty of nature. Meals in the restaurant were very good, and the service was excellent. WiFi was slow at best."

"the main problem was that the website said that i can pay by credit card but when i got there, the owner said that they do not take any credit cares and i should pay by cash or bank transfer. luckily i had enough cash,.. but if i had known in advance i could have planned better."

"The property is located very close to the national park (though, you still need to get there by car). The staff is very helpful and accomodating. We only stayed for one night and did not get a chance to try the restaurant, although the options seemed good! The hot tub is a little tight for 4 people, but it is still very enjoyable. The scenery is beautiful. We would definitely go back!"
