Hotel Esplanade Zagreb is a beautiful, well maintained hotel. The room was spacious and provided very comfortable bed for rest. Travelers should be aware that the room did not have a clothing iron for guest. The valet was very prompt and kind. We enjoyed an old fashioned and whiskey sour in the lounge area which were delicious. This hotel is about 10-15 minute walk to the majority of attractions. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed 7 nights at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel. This was our return visit, and while the overall experience was still good, it didn’t quite match the standard of our previous stay. The hotel itself remains elegant and well located, with a classic charm that stands out in Zagreb. However, this time some aspects of the stay felt a bit less polished compared to before. On a positive note, the room service team was excellent throughout, consistently professional, friendly, and responsive, and easily a highlight of the stay. Overall, still a solid hotel with strong service in key areas, but a slight step down from our last visit.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Receptionists and concierge were always available and accommodating. The only thing is the turndown service. They come early and if we are in the room don’t bother coming back again. Never once in 4 days. Location of the hotel is perfect and close to everything.
