The location of the hotel is perfect. We had a wonderful experience in the lakes and hiking. The hotel is rundown, and the staff were not as friendly or helpful as they could have been, and there were zero amenities in the hotel room It was expensive for the experience

Great location and notably well managed hotel with outstanding staff who provided extra help whenever needed. The hotel caters to National Park visitors and hosts group tours but you never felt part of a crowd. The park was spectacular, even with some mobility issues, and the hotel was a perfect choice. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Not luxury but better than basic in terms of comfort and functionality. Breakfast was also very pleasant. Would stay again if I return to Plitvice. It is a very very short walk to entrance two.

Accessible parking was excellent. Staff very helpful planning our trip knowing my husbands limited mobility and making transportation arrangements. Accessible room was great except for bathroom. Using the shower got water all over the bathroom floor and was very dangerous...very slippery! For breakfast they were slow to refill the food.
