Staff were very welcoming and kind and the location is incredibly convenient to explore the park. Breakfast was satisfactory and hit the spot. Front desk gave us excellent tips for park entry and dining. Our only critique is that the hotel itself needs a bit of a refresh, but everything worked and was clean.

The hotel is older but in great condition and the staff are lovely. It’s absolutely perfect to stay in the park and walk to both lower and upper lakes! We would highly recommend staying here!

Although the hotel is a little outdated, at least in the section we stayed at, they definately make up for it in professional staff, cleanliness as well as amazing food, terrace, restaurants, activites such as bowling, tennis, spa, gym, and many more.

We wanted to be close so we could get an early start to see the waterfalls and lower lakes. The staff was so helpful in helping us plan our stay and get everything done. We decided to stay and have dinner in the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised with a very nice dinner. Breakfast was also very nice.

Come here for the location, the staff is great, the property is basically camping.

The staff and location made the stay enjoyable. The hotel is pretty basic but offered all that was need. The staff did a great job at check-in and helped us with tickets to the lakes upon arrival rather than waiting a day - weather was bad for the day we had booked.

The hotel is not worth staying in. If you are there at the height of the season may be it’s worth it, but like us if you are here the first week of October, then stay in one of the local hotels or B&B and park in the park parking lot before entering the park. The breakfast was mass produced and the hotel is most certainly using the closeness of the park to its full advantage. Certainly not worth the money. Poor food, broken furniture. Look elsewhere depending as to when you are planning your trip. The pro was worth every penny

This is a nice, convenient place to stay when visiting Plitvice Lakes. However, it's a popular stop for tour buses so the hotel was full of frantic crowds. It's amusing mostly, but the crowds in the hotel and the restaurant were somewhat unexpected for us. Also the wifi is non existent, which wasn't too big of a deal because we didn't visit one of the most beautiful places on earth to sit in the hotel and use the internet.

The hotel had promised via email to provide an electric fan during our stay. But when we checked in the reception told that there wasn’t any electric fan. We were greatly disappointed at their lack of any integrity in running the hotel. Also, owing to the shabby condition of the hotel, there’s no ventilation inside the bathroom which is always stuffy and stinky.

This is a basic place to stay. The staff was wonderful. There were a few problems with the coffee and drink dispensers at breakfast. To fully experience the park, I would recommend staying at a local hotel and doing a two day visit to the park which can be done with a 1 night stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. It is a bit tired looking but well maintained and the location could not possibly be any better to hike the Plitvice National Park. There was easy ample parking. I think the absolute best choice for visiting the park. A one minute walk to entrance #2. Easy to arrange boat trip across the lake and get entrance tickets right there at the entrance #2.
