“Immaculate hotel and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Ideally situated for us in the heart of the St Helier, near the marina, bus station and ferry ports. The breakfast was extensive and the evening buffet excellent and good value for residents at £32 per head.”

“We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the breakfast choice was very good and we enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant. The room we stayed in had damp stains on the ceiling and the carpet hadn't been hoovered but apart from that, it was clean . There was a good bus service into St Hellier where you can get buses to other parts of the island.”

“Overall good accommodation considering the building is quite old and has been extended. Lots of stairs up and down corridors. Main entrance to lobby up a flight of stairs. Really not suitable for someone with mobility issues. However the staff were very helpful with our luggage. Not impressed by the restaurant evening meal. Carvery style menu with very few vegetables on offer. We found the bar meal menu was better. Fresh cooked to order. Breakfast was good however the grab and go bag we...
