Fabulous views over the bay, helpful staff and a pool. Stayed here to celebrate my 70th birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it especially the champagne afternoon tea. I can see why lots of the people we met were repeat visitors, some coming back every year. The walk up the hill is quite steep but worth it when you get there.

A warm welcome at reception, immaculate and comfortable room with Elemis toiletries in the spacious bathroom. We booked sea view rooms, and enjoyed looking over the harbour and across the bay to St Helier. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were very enjoyable. I recommend taking the Dolan Loyalty Card - useful discounts on spending at the hotel and its partners on Jersey.

Our experience at the hotel was excellent - staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was always good - lots of choice. Our room was comfortable if a little cramped. The only thing that was a problem was the toilet flush which did not always work satisfactorily although the maintainance staff did try to fix it.

Attractive unique hotel. Interior design modern and interesting. Our room - spacious and clean with lovely views over St Aubin's Bay. Terraced restaurant again with views spanning the whole of St Aubin's Bay. Food good and efficient restaurant staff. Small pool and sufficient outside seating and loungers. Quite a steep slope to walk up to the Somerville Hotel through local properties but I'm sure must have improved our fitness over the week we stayed.

The dining area and the lounge were excellent. The rooms were small and had poor cupboards in them. No aircon just a small desk fan - very warm room! Service outside the bar (ie around pool are) was extremely slow.

The swimming pool area was attractive with comfortable beds and fresh towels. Our lunch was excellent, very interesting menu and beautifully presented food. The loyalty card is a great idea. All the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely go back.

Lovely all round hotel in a great location for restaurants, supermarket and buses. Hill is steep, so less mobile might struggle. Good car parking right outside, and EV charging by harbour. Pool clean though chilly and even though temperatures were high 20s and full hotel not used, plenty of sunbeds with pool towels. Only negative no hair conditioner or body lotion, no ice bucket and no fridge. Lovely fresh cooked breakfast.

This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour.

The hotel is in a lovely location. Bus service is good from the centre of town, and it is not difficult to walk along the beach to St Helier. The hotel itself is very comfortable and the staff are very warm, friendly and helpful.
