From the moment we arrived staff was so helpful . The room was really clean and was everything we needed . Breakfast provided everything and more , again the staff was excellent . Meal in the restaurant , staffs attention to detail fantastic and the food was so good . We will be coming back to stay here again .

We had a lovely stay at the Savoy! Fantastic staff and great location just a short walk from the town centre. We stayed in the family room which was great. Breakfast was good and also had a lovely meal one night in the restaurant. Live violinist was a treat!

The breakfast was very good a good choice of food, the shower was very nice, good to have a descent hot shower, we also ate in the hotel restaurant and the meals we had were very good, our compliments to the chef, overall a highly recommended hotel.

Lovely hotel & the staff were very helpful as well as polite & respectful,we ate at the hotel a few times 2 evening meals & once at lunch time in the main restaurant which is very tastefully decorated again attentive staff. The breakfast was in a different room which very large & plenty of tables spaced out so noone was sitting on top of you & the view was overlooking the pool area again a big plus as at the back of the hotel & secluded all in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay

Our stay was excellent and the food and service was superb. However, the bathroom extractor fan stayed on, constantly 24/7, even after reporting it to the reception. Additionally, we were surprised that the room curtains did not close fully, leaving a 4 foot gap, which did not allow us to darken the room.

Lovely breakfast very good choice and no problem if you wanted porridge or scrambled eggs . Room good size overlooking the pool. Very clean and fresh towels every day. A nice stroll maybe 10 minutes into the centre of the town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Would definitely return if we decide to go back to Jersey

Really lovely clean hotel with a lovely outdoor pool area. The Staff were really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Even supplied us with a breakfast bag as we had a very early flight. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.
