The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast choice was unbelievable. We used the pool and saunas every day and they were never too busy.The location of the hotel was great right outside a bus stop which allowed us to travel around the island. We would have no hesitation if visiting jersey again to stay at the grand jersey

Had a great stay here! I was given a room upgrade on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The staff are exceptional and very helpful.The breakfast had a lot of choice and an al a carte menu to choose from. The spa area was also nice. I would stay here again.

The service at this hotel is exceptional I would say, couldn't be more professional, helpful and friendly, from the welcome in the morning at breakfast, to the reception area answering any question, to the service at dinner. Only 15 mins by taxi from the airport and a nice easy, flat 10 min walk into the main town and marina.
