"Pool was really hot cause of the sun outside but was great but should have more staff there because when I was on the patio I looked down on it and there was a couple who looked like they were doing things they shouldn’t in a pool but other than that rooms were always cleaned and patio area had a great view, great reception staff, and the breakfast staff are the best in my opinion overall great hotel to stay at and will keep using it whenever I go back into town"

"There is no place like the Santa Maria. The history is very impactful and the ground are gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hike up to the basaltico in the evening was stunning. We started mid-werk in February and things were pretty quiet. The food in the restaurant was pretty good, but not great. The guac was the highlight. The hamburger was a strange interpretation of a burger. We stayed in the newer rooms and it was quiet and clean. The wifi actually worked better than...

"El servicio es excelente, amabilidad y disposición, Es una opción muy particular por estar muy cerca del centro de Pachuca por lo cual se pueden atender asuntos en la ciudad de manera rápida y por otra parte ofrece la tranquilidad y una vista privilegiada. Las instalaciones y la atención del personal fueron clave ya que durante mi viaje requería un lugar Pet friendly."

"La estancia muy agradable el hotel limpio y muy tranquilo muy a gusto la estancia, unicamente deben mejorar la calidad y servicio de la cafetería. Un servicio al cuarto de tipo snack no estaría mal. En general el hotel es limpio y la atmósfera relajada, camas y almohadas comodas. Todo muy limpio. La llave del lavamanos muy incómoda sería bueno que reemplazaran griferia por mezcladoras de cuello de cisne. "
