"Our check-in hostess, Manager Savannah, started our stay off wonderfully by saying, "It's all about the client" - and she meant it. We couldn't have asked for anybody better. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was excellent. Also, India, reservation hostess, treated us with kindness and respect and made our stay better. "Overall, we had an incredible stay at the hotel! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, in regards to suggestions on where to eat and fun places to visit. We received breakfast vouchers for the Mermaid Cafe next door and were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and recommending the hotel to others! "

"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...
