A great treasure in NSB. The Inn was beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant was good and the service was excellent. The breakfast vouchers were a challenge because the breakfast cafe had a wait and is not just for hotel guests, but the food good and the service was great.

This is an historic hotel but with lots of amenities. Convenient to walking to the beach and yet a quiet location. Breakfast is at an adjoining cafe and was very good. Staff is very welcoming.

The whole experience was just great. We were treated like family and the front desk staff were simply the best. Everything was walkable to shops and restaurants and the property was well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the outdoor pool was with a relaxing area to lay down and the pool was nice and warm!

The Riverview is a beautiful little hotel built in the 1800s it still has its quaint charm and the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. It's located only a few blocks from the beach and it is one of the nicest places to stay in the area.

Hotel is in a convienient location, room met expectations. A little difficult getting into the location and self parking was difficult due to spring break, but the valet was able to assist. Hotel was near the bridge, so could occasionally hear traffic and bridge openings, but didn't affect sleep. Very quaint hotel and staff was great.

Excellent location and cozy room. Great breakfast at the mermaid . Next door to the Riverview Grill which is perfect for watching sunsets and enjoying a cocktail at the pier.

I had never been to New Smyrna of Flagler Beach. The Riverview made me fall in love with the area. A very nice boutique hotel. Not many rooms, great staff and so many good places to walk to. I love it
