"The hotel itself is wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was amazing. It was clean, comfortable, and modern. The bathroom was nice, but it's not very private (there's an opaque glass that separates it from the room, so people can see you in there). The area surrounding the hotel is under construction, so it feels a little sketchy, but is safe overall. Nonetheless, the hotel is very close to the Brussels Midi train station, which is a plus."
