I loved how it away from the city and the peace it has just from the outside! Amazing customer service the reception worker Francis was amazing took care of me and made everything possible for things to work out would come back there in a blink of an eye one of the best I’ve been to! Beautiful location. Quiet comfy room. Amazing breakfast buffet - best we’ve ever had. Only downside was that I was advised the gym was open any time - went down the next morning to find it closed for refurbishment. Very disappointing.

Great forest location, perfect for visit to Waterloo Battlefield site. Only issue was the roadworks & linked traffic congestion at the time of our visit. Hotel amenities were good & staff were friendly & helpful.

OMG this place was like something out of a James Bond movie utterly amazing! Thank you to everyone that took care of us for what I wished was more than an overnight stay. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back for a longer stay in the future

Good enough stay

Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star.

I booked the property based on the fact you stated the room would have a refrigerator, which was what we was looking for in a room for our toddlers milk. Especially during the hot temperature to keep other drinks cold for our children, the duvet wasn't big enough for two on the sofa bed, Also we didnt see the hot tub that was also advertised. Apart from these issues the hotel was what we expected. Good location, clean and good choice of breakfast options. Maybe have more staff cooking omelettes during busy times. Waited in line for almost half a hour.

We had a very nice one night stay. Great peaceful location in the heart of the forest, when you look outside your window you look into the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodation, could use a little tlc in some corners, but that's just regular wear and tear. Rooms are practically designed, a little dark for my taste (but that's personal preference). If I need to give one negative feedback point, you need to make reservations for the pool (time slot of 45min / 30 persons) it can get a little crowded. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Séjour en couple pour 2 nuits. Nous avons l’habitude de séjourner dans cette hôtel. Et quelle déception… Problème de température d’eau, froide ou brûlante mais aussi de robinetterie. Chambre très mal insonorisée…( conversations, cris d’enfants et aboiement durant des heures). Lieu propice à la détente qui ne l’est plus. Le prix augmente, mais l’hôtel vieillit…
