The Novotel staff were very helpful. When we checked in we received an upgrade! The room was cleaned beautifully everyday. The location was fantastic. We never hire a car and everything was in walking distance. We booked a few excursions with get your guide and we didn’t have to walk to the pick up points for more than 10 minutes. Lots of food places to have our meals which were on our doorstep. The Novotel made our trip to Brussels truly memorable. Thank you.
