Polite and courteous both in reception and dining room. Breakfast hot food was pretty poor, otherwise good. The standard queen is quite tight for two people to open cases etc. Altogether it was a very pleasant stay, just tweak the breakfast and advise not to take a standard queen room, go for the larger one.

We were smitten by the photos of the hotel when booking and the reality didn’t disappoint. Quirky and distinctive style using plants wherever possible. We found the water fountain by the lift lobby on each floor particularly useful to refill our water bottles and the seating in those areas was fun with birdsong playing and scents diffused. Our room was spacious and styled really well. Staff were all helpful and positive.

We enjoyed our visit to Brussels and the hotel was a convenient location for our two night stay. The room itself was very compact which made it difficult for two people at times. Overall, ideal for a single occupant stay. Staff were excellent.

The Hotel Indigo location is a gem. Is has everything you need in a location. Metro right across and next to metro there’s Starbucks. And then there’s city walk with endless shopping and great restaurants.

Lovely stay that won’t disappoint you

We really enjoyed our stay! Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is cool and has a jungle theme. Soundproof windows. Blackout room. Clean hotel. Cannot fault it at all! And perfectly proximity to city centre.

I don’t even know where to start—this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the courteousness of the staff, to the comfort of the room and the amazing design and decor of the hotel, we were so pleased with our stay.
