The shuttle service, hotel, and restaurant were all first class! It was a bit tricky to find the shuttle pickup spot at the airport (largely due to a lack of airport personnel at the arrivals level and poor signage in the airport). Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

We only stayed here one night, but the staff were very accommodating we had a room change request due to an issue. This is a pretty busy hotel given it’s near the airport. Good for a quick near airport option.

Clean, spacious modern room. Literally across the street from Diegem train station, which is convenient for getting to other parts of Brussels. Free shuttle to/from airport. Note that there is not much nearby in terms of restaurants, shops to walk to. Hotel restaurant food was good.

We spend one night because was near the airport, but it is by the side of the train station entry. That made the location perfect for us. The staff was attentive and helpful the whole time. The let us to do check-in early since the room was ready. Also, the provide a free of charge ride to the airport at 4:00am. 10 out of 10.

Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect, the hotel was clean, staff was amazing,the beds were so comfy and best part is the train station to go into Brussel was directly opposite so it was easy and fast to head into the city. The car park was safe and easy to find. Thank you for this beautiful stay, my family and myself enjoyed every second of this trip 10/10.

The room was nice but the shower was plugged and flooded the bathroom. Housekeeping opened the door at 8am without even an announcement that they were housekeeping and the woke us up. You would think you should be absolutely sure of things before barging into a room. The breakfast was really good.

Nice size room with a lounge chair included. Comfortable bed, pillows, towels. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the shuttle to/from the airport. Train right across the street! Larger exercise room. This has been my central location while traveling. They hold my baggage until I return from trips. The only negative is that there aren’t any neighborhood places within walking distance.
