Cheap Hotels in Basel-Stadt

"I am usually in Basel at least once a year and of the four or five hotels I have stayed in this is definitely my favourite. It is conveniently located for the centre of the city and buses to the airport and railway stations and all of the staff on the front desk are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a large room, offered a late checkout and a discount voucher for food and non-alcoholic drinks, all of which were much appreciated. "

"Very charming hotel. Close to Old Town, museums, and shopping. Unfortunately, all the shops were closed as it was Easter Weekend. This was just a one night stay to get accustomed to the 7 hour time difference. The room was very tidy, had everything we needed and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was more than helpful.
