Excellent hotel with a very convenient location, right next to the train station, which made traveling around the city and taking day trips very easy. Very convenient to train station. Our stay included a Basel Transit Pass which made it very easy to connect by tram to the Viking dock. If you are staying overnight and arrive or depart by train its a great location.

The hotel was fantastic. It was situated in the perfect position for us, as it was very close to the train station and we spent a lot of time visiting other cities via the trains. The staff were very attentive and friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. They gave us a Basel card on arrival to grant us free inner-city transport and 50% discount on museums, which was a great help. The room was always kept very clean and we were very warm and comfortable there. Cannot fault our stay here, it was perfect.
