As I was traveling with my elderly mother, Hotel Victoria was a blessing. It is conveniently located right across the street from the Basel SBB Train Station. Our room was cool (air conditioned) which was welcome as we were there during a heat wave. Our room & bathroom were also beautiful and clean. I needed to work some remotely each day, and the hotel WiFi was free and worked perfectly. The desk staff were always very helpful. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Basel.

Excellent hotel with a very convenient location, right next to the train station, which made traveling around the city and taking day trips very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were polite and helpful. A very good choice for staying in Basel.

Very convenient to train station. Our stay included a Basel Transit Pass which made it very easy to connect by tram to the Viking dock. If you are staying overnight and arrive or depart by train its a great location.
