The shower was not cleaned properly. Water pooled in the tub because the stopper wouldn’t stay up. There was hair on the bed. Could hear footsteps from upstairs, and arguing neighbors through the walls. No knock from housekeeping before 1.5 hours before checkout. Without the door latch, they would have barged in. There was knats in our room and the room smells,tub wasn’t all that clean, couldn’t use one of the dressers draws it was dirty and could not close, they need too change because there is no breakfast it’s just tea or coffee my husband and I been coming there 3 weeks in a row one week tv not working had to change room next no iron and no phone in the room and the last is what I text in the beginning but the staff was very good she was on everything I told her about and suppose to be going back down there in another week

Staff was nice, room was clean, only issue was tv was to small and need better lighting. Breakfast only had frozen waffles juice and coffee.
