Our room was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. One staff person, a gentleman named Irving, was at the front desk when we checked in. He was STELLAR! The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Our only problems were that the common areas(hallways, elevators, etc.) were dirty. all needed a good vacuum.
