Collings Lakes Vacation Packages for 2026

Pleasant staff, but the building and rooms are in desperate need of updating!

Upon check in, wanted to pay with cash & was told cash wasn't accepted, only card! I only had my debt card & when it was put through, my bank froze it, thinking it could be a fraudulent charge! Had to wait for my husband to arrive to put on his charge card. Upon walking to our room, it became apparent that every room in the section, with the exception of ours and one other, were being gutted & refitted. The construction noise did nothing to enhance the ambiance! On to bedtime. . . the mattress had as much support as a leaking waterbed & the pillows were equally flat, usable only by folding in half to give them some umpfh! This was our first experience with Marriott and will likely be our last. It's back to Hilton's Hampton Inns for future stays.

Easy to find, plenty of well lit parking, safe area. The hotel is very nice, large comfortable room, good shower pressure, fairly comfortable bed. If checkin had been more efficient a timely, this would be 4.5 stars (for the price point). Good value overall

excellent hotel and good casino

The room was not clean. There was pet hair all over the ottoman and couch, dust on every surface, stains on counters, debris on the carpet, and the back of the toilet was dirty. We were very disappointed.
