I appreciated the staff and how courteous, professional and helpful they were. I was a little upset that breakfast wasn't included. I'm assuming because of all of the neighboring eateries the hotel didn't see the need. I really liked the location, The location is great for doing things with my student at the university.

Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor.

Beautiful and clean establishment, but on a college campus, so it is noisy. Lots of cars revving in the parking garage next door into the night. Otherwise, safe, clean, great staff and onsite parking. Will definitely be back!
