“I never received any messages to say that I had to contact the hotel if I was arriving after 10pm from Expedia. Only when I arrived and reception was closed did I look at their website which stated that fact. Therefore I could not stay because I couldn’t check in and had no choice but to drive away. “Enjoyed our visit to the Rose and Crown, Warwick. We were in the rooms on the square, which were well maintained, clean and additional equipment such as iron/ironing board (but no hairdryer) were provided.
