Room was clean, staff were great. Any issues I did have were swiftly sorted and resolved. Really nice place to stay and 10 mins walk from new street station. Breakfast is a standard buffet style and really pleasant.

Friendly checkin, rooms were just OK for a budget hotel. Definitely not 4 star standard. Hotel in general needs a bit of a spruce up! Excellent location and free breakfast, we would use again but I think no better that a newer Premier Inn.

Have stayed here before and again nothing to complain about. Great location for our plans. The staff, especially at breakfast, are some of the most friendly, welcoming and efficient I've ever encountered in a 'chain' hotel. They are something the hotel should be very proud of.

Great location, very quiet rooms. We were situated right next to the lift but didn’t hear anything all night. Breakfast is good, it can get busy. Comfy bed and pillows. Take your own hairdryer, the one is the room isn’t very good. And allow plenty of time for the lifts, they can be a bit slow.
