Absolutely lovely hotel in a great location, just a couple of miles in a taxi from the town. Beautiful grounds too. Friendly, helpful staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Superb breakfast and great value. Will definitely book again if we return to Leamington Spa in the future.

We only crashed here for one night but very efficient check-in, plenty of parking, room was absolutely fine, what you would expect from 4* conference hotel. Buffet breakfast was very good in a relatively plush restaurant.

Good hotel in nice surroundings.Hotel was clean, quiet and had all that I needed. Room was bright, well ventilated and clean. Communal areas looked ok but I didn't use any facilities. Breakfast was good quality and choice. Hotel looks and felt set up for conference/training which gave it a cold feel. I would stay here again.

Lovely hotel - clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast. VERY hot in a heatwave, (admittedly - likely not a problem for most of the year!) They did put fans in every room, and spaced them out throughout the hallways to try to keep the air moving. But be aware there no Aircon in the rooms if it's looking to be a hot one! Otherwise, I cannot fault anything though.

great stay, but needs air conditioning in rooms as too hot with sun blazing through and 32 degrees outside, even with curtains shut and glazed patio door open all night ( security risk I wasn't happy with as our patio door was accessible via a roof top from other rooms) a small fan provided but not enough to provide a good nights sleep unfortunately in hot temperature, we would of loved to stay again but probably wont if no air con available, which is disappointing as its a lovely venue in a lovely setting :-( .

Nice rooms, clean and tidy, would probably prefer hard floors over carpet though. Breakfast was really good with a range of options for all. Would be good to tell guests in advance about the lifts not working as it is quite a trek to some of the rooms so some people might struggle and need help with bags etc.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always happy to help and made us feel genuinely welcome. The room was comfortable, spotless, and wonderfully quiet—perfect for a relaxing night’s sleep. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into creating a peaceful and enjoyable environment for guests. Overall, a very nice stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
