The hotel was very nice, great location and easy parking. The receptionist was great and he excellent customer service skills. The bar staff was also very pleasant too. I did think the breakfast was expensive. Would recommend the hotel. Thank you , Pippa Allen

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We ate in the pub both nights and the breakfast was lovely. Definitely a place to return to should we play golf at The Belfry again 😊

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable but some food crumbs on carpet suggests that it had not been cleaned properly after the last guest was in. Arrived for breakfast just before the end of time. I felt a bit hurried as the staff were removing most items even though there were other guests still in the breakfast room. I didn't have any other meals at the hotel and didn't need any parking.

The hotel is a very old building and internally it did look a bit tired but the room was clean and well stocked. Some rooms are in one building and rest are above the pub. Would definitely book again as very convenient to NEC

Room was clean but very dated however for what we paid we can't really complain. Parking is free in onsite car park you just need to enter registration number at reception. We meet family for a meal, menu typical pub food but all perfectly acceptable and staff very pleasant. Walled outside seating area which was nice for having a drink as weather was warm. The hotel is on the high street so be aware that you will experience some traffic noise especially if your room is at the front.

The room was spacious and the bed was more than a double, greatly appreciated. The shower, although in the bath, was powerful and the water temperature easily controlled. The TV wasn't huge but a taller guest might knock their head on it as it was on the wall just where I walked round the bed from my side. Staff were friendly and amenable. Breakfast was tasty.
