“The staff here are absolutely wonderful creating a real home from home! The food in the restaurant was top notch and the drinks were served with care and attention. There was a lack of any kind of “ale” from the bar (neither bottles or cans) but that was the only missing item really. Almost everything is good but a couple of improvements would be around housekeeping - didn’t top up tea, sugar or bodywash on each day and we didn’t notice of course until needed! “I have to say that the hotel met absolutely my expectations. The room was comfortable, nice and clean. Furthermore the hotel staff was really nice and friendly. The only negative aspect was the cleaning of the toilet once we were staying in the room. For instance, in 4 nights we had the same towels although, I imagine that they would have solved the problem inmediately if I had notified it. In general, everything was quite good. I strongly recommend it.”
