“Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls.”

“Easy walking to everything. Beds were comfortable, shower was good. The breakfast was ok but not great. The area around the hotel is very dirty and confusing and car access is difficult. Not really set up for western tourists currently. ”
