We spent 5 nights at Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower and loved our stay here. The property is quiet and well kept and its location is perfect. Walking distance to Bell and Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, and the south entrance of the Xi'an City Wall. Breakfast was really good with many options. Would recommend if visiting Xi'an.

Excellent location. Clean hotel with good maintenance.Metro is just in front of the hotel. Several restaurants are nearby. Two robots were constantly delivering foods to guest rooms. Free Self-served laundry with all supplies is definitely a bonus. Buffet breakfast has numerous choices. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is walking distance to the Bell Tower and also has a Metro entrance close by, which is handy if you need to get to Xian North Station. Overall a good hotel, which is ideal for couples, due the bathroom set up.

The hotel is near Metro, Zhonglou exit H. The room is clean and neat. There is free laundry which you have used the washer and dryer at lobby level. The staff is helpful.

Location-wise probably as good as it gets - steps to Bell Tower and Kaiyuan Dept Store and other main tourist attractions like the Muslim Quarter close by. But hard to believe it’s classified as a 5-star hotel. No service staff AT ALL to help when we alighted along the curb on the first floor l, dinghy foyer. Lobby is on Level 2 but dim and poorly lit, even worse when we checked out in the morning as we had an early morning flight. Rooms smelt musty and worse, we found airport boarding passes in the bedside drawers dating back to 12 August!!?? Do they even check and clean properly? Would only recommend this for those on a short stay who want to be close to the main attractions. Otherwise there are definitely much better 5 star hotels in Xi-an.
