The Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower is located in a great area; within walking distance to the bell tower in Xian. There are plenty restaurants and shops within waking distance also. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We will surely consider staying here during our next visit to Xian.

This hotel and its location it’s amazing. Very clean and well organized. Its surroundings are full of things and don’t have to look any further. Restaurants, shops and attractions are all walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel with its affordable price.

Staff are great and friendly. Laundry facilities are great and easy to use. Very nice location to city subway and connect to all tour’s locations. Trade off is maybe a little noisy sometimes.

I enjoyed my stay here it was very clean and had good amenities and I loved the fact that I could wash and dry my clothes here and it was free to use.The breakfast was very good and there was plenty to eat all different kinds.There were plenty of places to eat and lots of shopping around here and my pick ups for my trips were also around this area,My room was cleaned everyday.My only problem was the building works every night going on right outside my window and usually till after 10pm

We spent 5 nights at Novotel Xi'an The Bell Tower and loved our stay here. The property is quiet and well kept and its location is perfect. Walking distance to Bell and Drum Towers, Muslim Quarter, and the south entrance of the Xi'an City Wall. Breakfast was really good with many options. Would recommend if visiting Xi'an.

Hotel was in a great location. The breakfast buffet was nice with plenty of options. The bed was too firm for our liking but might be good for other people's preference. The staff was very nice and helpful. Only downside was there is no lunch or dinner available, although afternoon tea is put out at 2om daily. Overall We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

Excellent location. Clean hotel with good maintenance.Metro is just in front of the hotel. Several restaurants are nearby. Two robots were constantly delivering foods to guest rooms. Free Self-served laundry with all supplies is definitely a bonus. Buffet breakfast has numerous choices. Will definitely stay again.
