I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel at eased. The front desk and housekeeping teams were absolutely amazing so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, everyone made such an effort to communicate and ensure I had a pleasant experience. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality truly made my stay memorable. I really appreciate all their hard work and would happily stay here again!”

We had a wonderful stay here—everything was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were clean and soft and we had a lot of fun working all the lights and automatic curtains. The singing shower was absolutely magical, with music piping out from speakers when you showered. There was also free laundry which was a great help. Overall a very relaxing hotel to stay at and one we can’t recommend more! (There was also an air purifier and while there was a bit of cigarette smoke in the hallway, none in our rooms!)

My recent stay at the Lavende Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was a special place. Everything feels fresh, modern, and meticulously updated, creating an ambiance of luxurious comfort. The room was a delight. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep after long days of exploration. But the true showstopper was the shower! Turning on the water to be greeted by music was such a fun and innovative touch—it turned a routine shower into a mini spa-like experience every time. What truly sets Lavende Hotel apart, however, is its people. The staff are genuinely some of the sweetest, most attentive people I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Their smiles and eagerness to help were constant. A massive thank-you must go to the General Manager, Sean. He didn’t just manage; he crafted an experience. He went above and beyond to personally assist me with booking popular attractions, offered brilliant local tips, and consistently followed up to ensure everything was perfect. His dedication and personal care made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. The location is another huge advantage. Being so close to the Muslim Quarter was a dream. It was an easy, pleasant walk for incredible, affordable lunches and dinners. The vibrant atmosphere, delicious food, and convenience added a fantastic layer to the trip. My experience at the Lavende Hotel was amazing from start to finish.

Every thing was fine. The front desk not acting professional and the breakfast was terrible. We paid for breakfast for eight days but we only used it once because it was terrible. I wouldn’t not recommend having breakfast at this hotel for anyone. Hope you can improve in these areas.

Frühstück: erst ab 7:30 Uhr, viel zu spät, wenn man die Früh Termine für Museen oder die Terrakottaarmee gebucht hat. Toast und Marmelade gibt es, aber keine Butter. Und keine Milch für den Kaffee, nur Sojadrink. Die wenigen süßen Teilchen sind trockene Minicupcakes und Kekse. Bad/Dusche: 1) eine Glaswand zum Zimmer. Das bedeutet, wenn jemand in der Nacht auf die Toilette geht und Licht macht, wird auch der andere im Zimmer genauso munter. 2) sobald man die Dusche betätigt, geht Musik an und zwar nicht nur im Bad, sondern auch im Zimmer. 3) die Glastür zu Toilette/Bad hat links und rechts einen etwa 3 cm breiten Spalt – alles, was auf der Toilette produziert wird an Geräuschen und Gerüchen, ist hörbar und riechbar im gesamten Zimmer. Elektroinstallationen - Paneel neben dem Bett ist lose und droht herauszufallen. Licht: das Licht neben dem Bett lässt sich nicht isoliert einschalten, man kann nur alles Licht ausschalten oder einschalten Also insgesamt: leider nicht zu empfehlen!

Café da manha: Ótimo (Oriental) e bom (ocidental). Hotel maravilhoso, perto de tudo (lojas, restaurantes, farmácia, hospital, metro, bairro muçulmano, pontos turísticos), de fácil acesso. Quarto maravilhoso, chuveiro maravilhoso, amenidades maravilhosas. Shampoo e condicionador de excelente qualidade. Melhor hotel que fiquei nos meus 43 dias na Ásia (Coreia e China). Fiquei apaixonada com tudo.

まず、地図で示された場所が全然違っており、それを信じて向かった方向が全く逆で、行けども行けども辿り着ける訳がない。仕方なくたまたま（予約した今回のとは異なる）ホテルで聞いたら、この予約したホテルに送迎を出すように電話で頼んでくれる凄くいい人で、それで何とか辿り着けた。まずは地図をしっかりして欲しい。 英語の分かるスタッフさんがいませんでしたが、それでも翻訳アプリを使うなりして何とか意思疎通につとめてくれたり、ホテルの施設自体も凄く清潔感や清掃も行き届いていて、快適な滞在でした。 　朝食はバイキングでしたが、少し種類が少なく、また朝から油物を食べるのかな？少し重かったので、そこがもう少し充実すれば言うことないです。 　全体的に考えれば、快適なたいざいができました。よかったです。
