I loved that the installation of snow chains is included in the resort fee. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The resort is in a great location avd I loved that parking was underground so I didn’t have to worry about having my car buried under snow.

The fire alarm went off at 6:40AM. I got dressed and went out into the hall. Others people were also out there and went to check on whether or not this was truly an emergency. Still don't know what the situation was.

Perfect spot right outside Yosemite - less than 5 min to the park entrance. Rooms are big with a kitchenette - so nice to make food in my room and head out. Plus I could have my dog. I’ll definitely stay here again

When we arrived we we're given an upgrade to a two bedroom. It was great to get to the gondola ride to the resort and back for lunch. I was expecting an indoor spa, but my son enjoyed the outdoor one.

they are so kind and considerate. My daughter is in the hospital in Bakersfield and Homewood suites makes this hard time so much easier.

Excellent rate for this area. Very new and clean hotel. Very comfortable bed. Walls thin, could hear neighbors' TV and walking around in the evening. Managers took care of this immediately. Great staff.

I couldn’t get the internet to work at first, but I figured it out, they mistyped the password. Manger on duty was kind.
