I like the breakfast and indoor pool.

Laundry facilities were trash , washing machine shredded our clothes . Bleach was in fabric softener dispenser also ruined clothes . Staff said nothing they can do we’re on our own , but note says any problems with laundry let them know. Let them know for what they didn’t even check to see what our issue was so the next persons clothes aren’t ruined . Besides rude staff, the ridiculous amount of cigarette smoking directly in front of the door and filthy carpet and mold smell The hotel overall is clean and nice..

Ask for code to access unit one day prior. Very inconvenient. They are supposed to email code and don’t. Two families traveling together experienced no code prior to arrival. Unit was wonderful Except for the AC not working during the night in TWO units, temperature reaching 81-degrees in the middle of the night. There is sooo much potential here, but as for now it’s a crap shoot.

The hotel was great with one exception, they advertised sound proof rooms; however, the street noise and music from The brewery down the street keep the room shaking with noise til nearly 2 Am.
