The property is within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and shopping. Check-in was easy and the staff is very friendly. Lovely old building that has been nicely renovated. Would definitely stay there again.

This isn’t first time staying here, so we were disappointed on how unfriendly staff was. From the moment we called to check on availability of room to check out. Mostly just front desk staff. The bar and dining area were great. Hopefully that can be improved considering it’s not an inexpensive hotel and people pay a decent amount to stay there.

Great overnight stay at the Iron Horse Hotel! We loved the vibe and atmosphere. The outside dining and entertainment space was excellent! Food was delicious. The rooms were very clean and we enjoyed the industrial touches to the decor. The gym area could use some additional machines. Check in and out was a little confusing and the valet didn’t include the proper charges, so now we need to follow up with the hotel. Kind of annoying. Otherwise, we’re definitely coming back!

I love this hotel. My room was spacious and had a great skyline view of Milwaukee. The valet parking app is super convenient and speedy. The staff was great with special shout-out to Courtney in valet and Shy at the front desk. I didn’t get to try the Yard at night but it looked rocking. The location is super close to the ever trendy Third Ward and a host of attractions (ie National Bobblehead Museum anyone?). I’ll be back!

Seriously one of my all time favorite stays! If Im ever back in Milwaukee, this would be my choice. I even happened to be there on Biker night. Live performance and people on bikes. The hotel is so gorgeously designed and the room was huge, clean and modern. This is on the favs list.
