“This is exactly the sort of experience I seek when visiting the UK. It's an "only in England" experience. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left I was absolutely enraptured. “The staff were fabulous, both leading up to our stay when they helped me with some surprises for my friend, and during our stay when nothing was too much trouble! I was able to order an extra package of fizz and flowers, which were placed in one of our rooms upon arrival, together with the banner that I sent ahead. THANKS”
