Quiet just did not expect parking not being included.

Staff was very informative. Issue with elevator and ac but not resolved. Miguel(maintenance) was great.

rooms were decent size, balcony was a nice touch. bed pretty comfy. pool itself was nice, water temperature was good, area around pool was messy, food plates left on tables, tables dirty. on top of your room rate, breakfast was 22 bucks a person and 17 bucks a night to park your car. location was good, close to I25 and places to eat close by. seems like they nickel and dime you with the extras but maybe most places do that these days....

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out staff was unhelpful and rude. The room was nothing special and over priced. I will never stay at a Hilton again.

The location is absolutely crap. obviously thats what you get in the city sometimes. But my big complaint is charging over 200 for one night and then charging $55 for parking. Definitely not impressed with that. I paid 270 total for a basic room for one night. Id stay again if they'd rethink the parking charge.
