Terrific staff. The valet during my third day was especially good at his job. Unfortunately, i came during their off-season so amenities were more limited. Regardless, it was quite a good stay with a beautiful room, beautiful surroundings, and reasonable accommodations.

That room was clean, modern and great upgrade. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Will will be returning there again during ski season.

This hotel is perfect! The location is great!!!!!! The rooms are big and beautiful. Ours had a fireplace and a beautiful balcony! The staff is truly unbelievable. The staff in the restaurant were ALL really, really GREAT! You just don't find that everywhere anymore. The food we had was all very delicious. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Only thing i did not like was outside of the buffet and breakfast in general the food for lunch and dinner was not very good, only drawback at this hotel.

There was a carpet stain in the room. The front desk staff did not seem to be having good days, accommodating but less than friendly. The Bell staff and staff at the entrance were excellent!
