Part of the reason that we picked this property, was that Expedia stated that pillow top Mattresses, and Egyptian sheets would be provided, and that was NOT our experience. Parking does have a fee, but was convenient within the complex. Office and service staff were great. We enjoyed the options available for breakfast.

They only clean the room every other day so it doesn’t always look fresh. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However it was difficult to understand several of the desk clerks because of their broken English and thick dialect.

My room was delightful clean quiet restful! The staff was polite and Customer Service orientated. I accidentally left my necklace behind that my mother got me very sentimental before she passed away two years ago. Great hotel for trip to Mount Rushmore. Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, and the breakfast had good options. Hotel was quiet for the most part. We had loud people above our room, but the staff was helpful in getting them to quiet down. The property was beautiful and safe as well.

I only stayed one night, but I loved how spacious and clean the rooms were and the built in kitchenette was great. Robert, the front desk receptionist, was attentive, welcoming, and provided great suggestions for the area. I didn't get a chance to use any amenities, so I can't really speak to them but I walked past the gym and it looked nice.

Everything was great, except for the breakfast. Every bagel was dried out and hard… here were sausage biscuits in a heater pan that were hard as rocks… definitely put out from the previous day and could not eat those (nor bagels). Breakfast definitely needs attention but every other part of the stay was very nice! Also enjoyed using the shuttle service to Vail Village.
