The beds need to be replaced and all the pillows were lumpy. We heard from several guests that sleep was difficult due to the beds and lumpy pillows. The interior seemed very clean and the parking was very convenient. Rooms were nicely decorated. Breakfast was good, but the coffee in the lobby was overly strong. The staff we dealt with were very friendly and personable.

This place was fine-seemed a bit tired. Every thing was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was nice and quiet, having a refrigerator in the room was great. We were just there for one night - it is conveniently located. As older customers, we frequently find the bathroom mirror light needs to be stronger. The breakfast was ok-seemed mainly already packaged foods but we ate it.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location is PERFECT- close to many hiking trails, easy driving to surrounding areas and honestly the little shopping mall/outlets are less than 5 minutes away (walking) which was a giant plus. The rooms are a little dated but very very clean, so it was no problem with us. The hottub/pool area was in great condition and clean as well. I would recommend this hotel and will for sure stay again if I come to Silverthorne. The staff were all kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. One of the best parts was the main entrance and seeing two beautiful mountains as soon as you walk out.

The check in process was smooth, staff is polite and rooms are well maintained. Great view of the mountains from the hotel. There are quite a few decent restaurants nearby (around 5-7 minutes drive). The pool and spa area are a little dated. Daily breakfast was ok - mostly cereal, waffle and eggs. Unlimited coffee and filtered water are available near the front desk. Overnight parking is complementary in the private lot.
