Branson Cedars Vacation Packages for 2026

The employees were kind and extremely helpful. We had a few minor issues with key cards etc that were addressed promptly

We chose this hotel based on the "excellent" reviews. Our stay did not fall into that category. We checked in around 9:40 pm and were sent to a normal, double room. Opened the door, beds were unmade and had clearly been slept in. Trash overflowing and musty smell. Loaded everything back up and drove back to the office. Front desk apologized and gave us a new room. It was cleaned and not musty. Then we used the sink. It was a pedestal sink propped on three pieces of wooden board. While using it, the water just drained to the floor, so now we have a small lake on the floor. At this point, it's late and we are not going to load up again for another sub-par room, so we sopped up the lake with one of the 3 towels and used the sink as little as possible. I'm not sure how you clean rooms and not realize the sink drains all over the floor, but it was pretty gross.

Property was nice, but while in the room we found used needle on the floor in the bathroom. Not what i would expect for what we paid for our stay.

Solid 3 after checking in to room on 3rd floor we walked in/out of as had cigarette smell & stains on carpet. She then put us in suite on 6th floor which was 100% better but very old & dated. But not dirty … seems cigarette smell traveled up but not as intense. Shower was cracked, and hot water I thought would never come on but did after running after a long while. Did not use ammenties but restaurant, bar, coffee place was closed the first night. We got there due to low bookings. They also had no maintenance or room service for extra pillows. For the price it was okay. Reminded me of business hotels I would be booked in for work … but not updated or fixed from 15-20 years ago. AC is fixed but not great on 6th floor as others mentioned. Sadly not sure this hotel will survive with other options as appears it used to be great. Also, we were charged for parking in an empty parking lot. Odd and not transparent at check in. Front counter were nice and the Peets coffee girls were really nice & helpful when we went in there.

Nice property. Water cooler was empty in workout room. Tub plug was not working. Overall nice place. Staff was excellent.
