I loved the experience here, i will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. The poolside bar and grill has breakfast also lunch and dinner. Also the drinks are good.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative was a fight outside of our door with continuous foot traffic back and forth all night, talking loudly. Security at night would be beneficial.

Location is very good, room was clean and functional, staff was efficient and friendly. There are 2 breakfast options. The free breakfast is very limited. You can pay $6 for a buffet breakfast which is very good. If you get a room in the tower, parking can be a problem.

Loved the food, the bar, the outdoor pool, the conveniance to every where. The handicap shower flooded the bathroom into the carpet. we told them. as it is a day later the carpet is still wet.

It has a restaurant and bar right by the pool. The property is in a fantastic location with several dining options right across the street and within walking distance. Also only a half mile walk to tanger outlets and Farris wheel. Staff is always friendly and hotel smells fantastic!

My family has stayed here for 30 Years total. Rude check-in and extra unexpected expenses of $15 per night after I charged the room upon checking out. She even questioned why I requested a handicapped room after my accident this passed January.

The elevator doesn't access the ground floor/parking lot level in the secondary building but the stairs are easily accessible. Our room was very clean and staff were helpful as well as friendly. We look forward to staying again.

We were charged $50 more than what our booking price was. In addition to this we have a pending charge for over $200 that should not be on here. The hotel advertises a private hot tub in the king suite when in fact it's a jacuzzi tub that's not very big and doesn't get anywhere near as hot as the hot tub. The indoor pool area has a very strong chlorine smell so we didn't even try going in there to swim. The lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. The bed and pillows aren't the best. We will not be staying here every again.
