The hotel is very quaint and fun. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast had something for everyone. Our kids enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the Branson hills. Would definitely stay here again!

We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay!

This is a beautiful hotel but the staff is what made this place so great! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful! The staff at the front desk did everything they could to help us get the most out of our trip to the area! They even helped us to get reservations to a place we were trying to get into. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in the area! My husband and I will definitely stay there again!

This was a first time stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it. This hotel has nice rooms, good food, friendly staff and a pool and hot tub. Service from housekeeping was great. Location was on the strip and easy to get to. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

Staff friendly and welcoming. Very clean hotel. Hotel accommodated our requests. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good hot food. LOVED the real dishes and coffee cups! (The little things matter!). Enjoyed the sweet treats each evening in the dining area! Both pool areas were nice and well maintained. Only downfall was the room was very humid (we were on the first floor).
