Everything was amazing! The staff was great. The food was good but pricey. There is an indoor and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is huge and really nice. I highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel! Rooms could use a little more detailed cleaning but overall a nice and comfortable stay. Make time to use pool and enjoy coffee and a sweet treat on the terrace. Views spectacular and common areas clean and well kept.

Everything was first class, the staff was very helpful, the food was great, the facilities were top of the line and the room was clean and comfortable. It was well worth the higher price than some of the cheaper & worn down hotels. We will be back!

From the time we checked in, the lady who checked us in was so nice and helpful. We were greeted nicely by the men at the door, they opened it up for us, helped us with luggage. Room stayed clean the entire time! AC worked great! The view was perfect! Thank yall, and im sure we will be back!

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive, the hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. The dinner and cocktails at the restaurant were excellent, and the pool was great. I came to celebrate my birthday, and I am very grateful that they gave me a room upgrade on the top floor with a spectacular view. I will come back soon and I highly recommend it. Thank you!

Hotel has a great view of the lake which is wonderful. It is due for renovation though. The rooms are very dated along with common areas. The pool outside was nice but needed cleaned. Cups and bugs in it. The Library bar was a nice place to get a drink and watch the sunset.

We enjoyed the many options of things to do. There was enough that we didnt really have to leave the hotel if we hadn't wanted. The options included indoor and outdoor pool, the gym, a few food options, the bars, spa, theater, etc. The spa was especially nice and could've spent all day there.

Having the DJ playing by the poolside made our Saturday night. He played every kind of music. Having a movie theater inside the hotel playing family movies throughout the day. This made the property unique beside the interior is very relaxing.

The location is beautiful. The room windows and carpet need updating. Our view was horrible over a flat roof with a spot light shining in at night. Food was good. Staff were friendly. Close to lake. We have stayed there a few times but probably for the cost change our next hotel in Branson.

A very dated and shabby looking hotel. Dark old rooms with old furniture from the 70s. Dirty balconies with insects and spider webs everywhere. Laundry room had 1 damaged washer and 1 broken down dryer. Carpets smelt bad.In-room safes don't work. Not worth the prices they're asking for. Staff is aware of the problems, helpful and very kind. Views from the lake are nice. Hotel needs a total revamping.
