I only gave it 4 stars because the ammenities offered at this resort were a bit less compared to others close by and the internet was inconsistant. But it was clean, nice, and everyone was friendly. I would stay here again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. We had a two bedroom cottage and we loved it. We came during spring break weekend and they had one indoor pool open and one outdoor pool open which was nice because it was hot when we were there. We also went down to the dock at the lake and it had a nice view. We also enjoyed going up in the lighthouse. I would definitely recommend staying there and will stay again in the future.

I love this place!!!! It offers a safe, friendly, relaxed, slow paced and attractive environment. The staff is down to earth, welcoming and ready to assist. The cottages are very cozy, clean, beautifully furnaced and fully equipped with everything you need to set up house. The grounds are lovely. Shopping and excursions activities are near by. Lunch and dinner (kids meals) are reasonably priced. There is music and some on-site entertainment. Check-in and checkout was hassle free. I was invited to a vacation presentation and Capitol Vacations is the only one that I ever found to be truly hassle free. Most are stressful, unethical, pushy and disrespectful. This was not the case with Capitol Vacations. They delivered on what they promised. Awesome experience! I would definitely stay at Stormy brook in the future.
