“We liked helpful staff, easy check in, convenient location, good parking, clean and bright room, good shower. We didn't like stained sofa, views over building sites and construction noise, soft mattress and cigarette burns in wash basin. Overall, it was adequate for our one night stay and good value for money.”

“It's not bad, but there is no heating.”

“Sadly other patrons were screaming all night I think one even kicked in their door didn’t sleep was worst hotel stay of my life I feel sorry for the owners :(”

“This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home”

“We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back”

“Excellent hotel, with very comfortable room and a great restaurant. At 30 minutes from the city centre via Tram, it's easy to park nearby but be aware of parking limitations. They have valet parking too.”
