We had a wonderful stay. The exec suite was clean and well equiped. We found the location just right for us as we were able to park the car safely in the basement and catch the train into the city. There was a great choice of restaurants in the area all in walking distance. We sure will be staying at the Avanti next time we visit Melbourne.

We loved our time at Avani Box Hill. We've stayed in numerous places around the area, and this is definitely now our 'go to' spot. The apartment was amazing, and the view across to the mountains was just beautiful. It was such a bonus to have secure parking available onsite and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartments are close to shops and transport and the cafe downstairs is lovely. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

A nice serviced apartment in booming Boxhill

It was a two week stay in a one bedroom unit. The hotel is very conveniently located, well served by train and tam and close to shopping and eateries. It was a spacious room of some 50sq meters. with excellent space planning it seemed larger. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine and dryer proved to be very useful.

This place is just a perfect apartment

This is the second time here for an extended period in the last few weeks. The place is perfect. It’s a good location opposite 1000 restaurants, a station and it’s really easy to get places from the hotel. The apartment itself is so well kitted out, completely clean and just functional in a way that often apartments are not the fact that there’s a dedicated study in the one bedrooms is incredible. The Internet works well, the entire service and parking and is of access is brilliant. I strongly recommend it for anyone who has work they have to do while they’re in the apartment. I’m really noise conscious and it was completely quiet. Also, the apartments that are facing out to the park just have a beautiful view. The front desk staff were amazing on every occasion.

The apt was very nice n layout was good. Location was excellent. Parking was convenient. The negatives were..the heating n air con unit was located in the living with no vents in the bedroom. Meaning one has to sleep with the door opened? Even then, it was not effective. One front desk staff was curt.. not rude but no warmth.

The images or description of the room is not quite accurate as they didn’t specify that the photo online may not be the room you are getting. Also the tv in bedroom is certainly not 42” which again not specify. I was informed none of the room has bathtub, despite in description it stated bath/shower. The housekeeping service is only a top up of amenities and made your bed. They didn’t explain that the bed sheet isn’t part of this service. Apparently you have daily service and weekly service. Which a little bummer considering you pay a little more to get this service and expected to have the sheet changed during the service. Perhaps also specify the reception hours as well, would be handy for traveller that arriving or having plans late at night. We had issue with the aircon which was rectified.

Very comfortable stay in this property with an extremely helpful front staff. Apartment was well appointed and it was so nice to have both a washer and dryer. Very close to a large mall and shopping area so getting groceries and meals was no problem. Only stayed one night and used street parking so did not use the parking facility provided. The nightly fee there seemed a bit steep.
