Property was close to the tram line, which made travelling into the Melbourne CBD a breeze. Local shops and restaurants for great dinner options, Property was undergoing upgrades but we did not notice anything, no noise, heaps of parking. Check in was simple and staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Beds were large and very comfortable. lounge seating was comfortable and had pod coffee making facilities. We would book this motel again if we ever have the need to return to Melbourne.

The only thing that could be improved was the front door entrance needed a clean and the hallway needed a vacuum and possibly new carpet in a couple of hallway areas.
