Property was close to the tram line, which made travelling into the Melbourne CBD a breeze. Local shops and restaurants for great dinner options, Property was undergoing upgrades but we did not notice anything, no noise, heaps of parking. Check in was simple and staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Beds were large and very comfortable. lounge seating was comfortable and had pod coffee making facilities. We would book this motel again if we ever have the need to return to Melbourne.

Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned. The hotel can get busy and noisy on weekends. I stayed here for the location, and value for money is excellent. I would stay again if I needed somewhere.
