“Jess is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble. Mentioned I was coming for my birthday, there were balloons and a lovely welcome message, and when ordered pizza (which is so good), there was a candle. The view from the Red Suite is incredible. It is so quiet and peaceful. The suite has everything you need, real milk in the fridge, cookies and a variety of teas. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. You must try the smoothies! “Hillcrest Mountain View Retreat is a hidden sanctuary. We hit the jackpot when we were searching for accommodation in the area to attend a wedding. Its location is nothing short of spectacular and the 360 views are breathtaking. Hosts Craig and Paul were so warm and welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge about the local area. “We had an amazing one night stay at the Polish Place. The cabin was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. The only difficulty we had was check in. We are traveling internationally and needed WiFi to get updates as no one was at reception at 2:00 pm. Luckily a local winery saved the day with WiFi and the trip was smooth after that. Would definitely stay here again!”
