The decor and setup of the studios was very restful, with everything needed for a great stay overnight. Fantastic view to the Gold Coast, both day and night. Plenty of choice for buffet breakfast, sitting out on the deck. Jess and her husband were amazing hosts, and nothing was too much trouble.

Just wonderful!

Fantastic place to getaway from the Brisbane heat! Great views. Beautifully quiet and peaceful with lovely non intrusive hosts . Food was sensational, Jess made us an awesome pizza for dinner and the buffet breakfast was delicious. We'll be back!

Bush Island

Welcoming owners, excellent room interior and facilities, good views from room and property. Comfortable four poster bed on raised floor. Excellent breakfast. Is really an "island" with a bush background. The sun arising through the trees was spectacular. Enjoyed the evening pizza.

The team at Sky Island Studios outdid themselves, given that a severe storm a week earlier, had left them without power. Despite that, they ensured we had power ( via the generator) for the TV, lamp and hot water; and they still provided a full breakfast each morning. My husband look forward to staying their when the weather is kinder and all of their services are fully operational. Jess’s communications re the storm and the impacts it had on some of the facilities, were thorough and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
