“We had a wonderful stay here in this quirky building. Lots of nice touches like Free wifi, biscuits & refreshments. Wine & beer glasses in our room. Well equipped. Staff very friendly & helpful. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast to order. On site parking. Short walk to town. Would definitely stay again. ”

“A lovely well run B&B located in a small village in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. The host was friendly and ensured that our stay was comfortable. We found it was the perfect base for visiting Constable Country, especially its close proximity to Lavenham. ”

“We had a great time at Rectory Manor, a lovely old georgian country house set in mature garden of trees and lawn with a swimming pool and tennis court if you want some exercise. Our room (the Hudson) was furnished in the country house style and was supremely comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom was a bit small and slightly dated. The bath was too small to properly soak. On the plus side we had an unexpected balcony that caught the morning sun whilst giving beautiful country views...

“The bathroom was small and dirty with mould growing up the pipes behind the wc. The w.c. was filthy in the bowl. The stairs leading to the room - the Stour Room - were dusty with bitts all over The property looks lovely outside but i would not recommend it to anyone and i think you should visit this inn urgently. ”
