“The hotel was in a great location for exploring the town. On-site parking made things easy. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were all friendly and happy to help.”

“Very quiet and spacious. Sleep was great, with a good selection of pillows.”

“Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room.”

“The room itself was very quaint as it was situated in the old hall. The bathroom let the room down entirely, the cabinet mirror lights did not work, and the cups in the toothbrush holders/stands looked like they’d not been cleaned/washed in months (clear remnants of toothpaste/water stuck to the bottom).”

“Unique place to stay when in and around Birmingham/Coventry. Outside of normal convention but adds a different slant to your night away. Close to NEC. Good food in the Quicken Tree.”

“Habitación limpia y espaciosa”

“As expected for the price and convenience. bed comfortable, though i id take my own pillow. most hotel pillows too soft. was what i needed for a business stay, with food hall near by.”

“Really needs a cleaning and update”

“A room with a bath, that was the ultimate so we will return in the future”
